All items are in stock & are ready to ship within 4 business days unless stated in listing 

Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks
Our wooden decor takes up to 1 week to make 

Orders are either shipped through Australia Post or Sendle & have tracking numbers

 

The concept behind our "Open Box' option is so you can shop via our website and not miss out on any crystals you may want to purchase that are under $50 in total. 

These items will be paid for upfront but shipping will not be charged. 
Once your order reaches $50 or more your order will be shipped.

Open boxes will only be held for max 3 weeks from the date of your first purchase.

REFUND POLICY
We do not refund for change of mind
If for whatever reason there is a refund made & Afterpay or Paypal was used there will be a 10% restocking fee
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs of 
receiving to organise a replacement/refund (depending on item)

If YOU have listed a wrong address and the item is returned back to us, you will need to cover re shipping costs (up to $12)
Yes you will need to pay this, even if your postage was FREE as we pay for the postage for you.

If you no longer require your item due to the above, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs (we/you have paid) and any other fees (Afterpay or Paypal)

If we have listed a wrong address, we will reship to you at our cost.
